high blood pressure

Hello to everyone in this group,

Any recommendations how naturally to decrease blood pressure? It has been 180/105.

In addition to the protocol I have tried green juice for 4-5 weeks with min result.

Thank you in advance.

Tina

You are probably deficient in magnesium.

You can also take niacin but be sure it’s actually niacin.

A whole food plant based diet will bring that back to normal, alongside the Budwig protocol. Obviously cottage cheese is dairy but Like Dr. Budwig explained FOCC is deemed a new substance in the body. It is not dairy.

Svetlana,

You could have a go at reset your control system by running a hose of cold water onto your head and down your back.

OK,
Tony

Lemon balm, Reishi mushroom, Olive leaf extract and high doses of magnesium are all great for lowering blood pressure.
At least 800 mg daily of magnesium, even up to 1500 mg if necessary. Citrate, malate, taurate and glycinate are all great forms of magnesium. The best brands I’ve tried are KAL, New Chapter, and the British ‘Together - Ocean Pure magnesium’.
Also test your potassium levels and vitamin D. Some people have success even just by using potassium. Vitamin D is crucial (it should be ideally 50-80 ng/ml in your blood test); if you don’t have enough vitamin D your body cannot absorb magnesium and calcium, both of which are crucial for healthy blood pressure.
I hope this helps.

All the best,
Ivanka

I had this issue, and since I fasted, cut out carbs and most importantly, lost weight, my blood pressure while technically "high" in the morning , is more in line now with what pharma boys want, and goes down considerably during the day
