Redis connection error: The system tried to join to a directory on a joined drive

Been asked to take a look at a client with a few systems that have issues – didn’t do the original programming – two of the rooms with DMPS3-4K-350-Cs have logs full of “CresStore: Redis connection error: The system tried to join to a directory on a joined drive”

Which doesn’t make any sense given that the DMPSes are on isolated networks (so no drive mapping should be occurring at least in my understanding of the word) and not doing anything too exotic.

Firwmare is a couple years old so going to bring them up to current to at least rule that out but anyone ever seen this before?

If you can update the firmware using the full package (AVC and AirMedia together), the error should stop. At some point, updating just the AVC firmware caused this for me. Not sure which firmware causes this however.

Yeah, TB has it documented here: https://community.crestron.com/s/article/2845
