I haven't had much time to work with my new NanoVna-H4.
I made a UnUn that I want to test on the NanoVna.
When calibrating do I include the sma cable(that's included with the NanoVna) and the sma to uhf adaptor?

Yes. Whenever measuring anything, the calibrated plane should be as close
to the measurement position as possible. We term this the measurement
plane.
