A brief history of the group: It was founded in 1999 as a OneList group, which was taken over by Yahoogroups, and then --skipping quickly over the next 19 years-- in October 2019, as Yahoo began to dismantle its Groups, it jumped ship and came to rest at its present home at Groups.io. The CP Listserv is now the biggest community listserv at Groups.io, just as it was the biggest community listserv when it was at Yahoogroups -- and we've been reliably informed that it's the biggest community listserv on any platform, anywhere in the US.
