Hi Neighbors, I am wondering about two things: 1. Has anyone else had problems with the delivery of the East Bay Times? In the last 2 weeks, twice we were not delivered our paper. We called the number given to report the issue and the recording said our carrier would be notified and told to bring us a paper. We did not receive any papers after the notice. It is not a case of someone picking up a delivered paper because we have a camera for the front area of our home which revealed no such activity. 2. Hi Friends, We recently noticed some small black flecks in the cold water coming from our kitchen sink (not running through our hot water heater). Research online suggests this could be from corrosion in the pipes, either our own or from the city. Before I call a plumber, I thought I'd ask if anybody else on the street has noticed something similar. Given we redid all of the plumbing in our house 10 years ago, my initial instinct is that this might be an issue with the city water pipes. Thanks Abe
